Gage Herbst has over a decade of experience advocating for immigrants as a member of the Utah State Bar. While living in the states of San Luis Potosi and Guanajuato, Mexico, Gage saw firsthand how difficult navigating the U.S. immigration system can be for families and decided to pursue a career in immigration law upon his return to the U.S. As an attorney, he takes pride in helping individuals achieve their visa goals and helping families stay united during the immigration process. Gage has extensive experience appearing before the immigration courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. consulates around the globe. Under the new Utah Legal Regulatory Sandbox, lawyers can now offer non-traditional legal services under the Utah Supreme Court’s supervision. Boundless offers the best of modern technology and legal immigration services — at a fraction of what it costs to hire a traditional attorney.

Can my attorney attend my visa interview or represent me in court?
Boundless customers do enter into a limited scope agreement with their independent attorney, which does not include in-person representation at visa interviews or representation in immigration court.
Boundless does provide, however, a wealth of materials and personalized customer support to help ensure success in your interview. Most Boundless customers who have completed the visa interview process have reported being “over-prepared” for their interview because of the guidance and preparation they received from Boundless.
Can you provide me with an attorney in my area?
Since Boundless Legal operates under the supervision of the Utah Supreme Court, our supervising attorney is Utah-licensed. Luckily, Boundless is able to help people online from all over the United States and abroad.
